RTB-01: Roof Top Blox

Polypropylene roof top support block engineered to support load directly attached with traps, clips or clamps or easily adapts all accessories listed below. Includes on board galvanized clamping strap for short piping runs. Install every 7' along piping. 350lbs./158 kg max. static load with strut applied. 250lbs./113 kg max. static load single point loading. Bundled in convenient 8 pack totes.

XTB-02: 1.5" Blox Height Extension

Polypropylene Heigh Extenders fastens directly on top of Blox with #10 screw provided. Brings Blox to 6" overall height. Extension can also be elevated for additional height using ROD-03 threaded extension roads. 100lbs./45 kg max. loads whether directly mounted to Blox or when elevated on threaded rods. 24 count bulk pack cartons.

ROD-03: 12" Extension Rods

Pair of 11-1/2" long, 1/2" diameter zinc coated threaded roads, nuts and washer. Use with XTB-02, STR-04, ROL-05 or ROL-06 to elevate piping up to 14" overall height. Insert minimum 1" into Blox. 24 count bagged pairs, bulk packed cartons.

STR-04: 10" Galvanized Slotted Steel Strut Channel

Mounts directly to Blox top in alignment channel with #12x1 sheet metal screws and washers or can be installed elevated with threaded Extension Rods (ROD-03). Accepts piping clamps. 24 count bulk packed cartons.

ROL-05: Small Pipe Roller

Small aluminum roller supports 1" to 3" diameter pipe. Can be mounted centrally or side by side on Blox. Roller bracket can also be installed elevated on ROD-03 threaded Extension Rods. Using on long piping runs to allow for expansion and contraction. 24 count bulk packed cartons.

ROL-06: Large Pipe Roller

Large aluminum roller supports 4" to 6" diameter pipe. Includes strut, bolts and mounting screws. Can be mounted directly on Blox or elevtaed on ROD-03 threaded Extension Rods. Use on long piping runs to allow for expansion and contraction. 8 count bulk packed cartons.

ROL-08: Small Pipe Roller

Small aluminum roller without containment band supports 1" to 3" diameter pipe. Best used on retrofits as it provides an easier and faster install on existing piping runs. Can be mounted centrally or side by side on Blox. Roller bracket can also be installed elevated on ROD-03 threaded Extension Rods. Using on long piping runs to allow for expansion and contraction. 24 count bulk packed cartons.

SCB-07: Polycarbonate Securing Brackets

Pair of brackets secure Blox directly to roof membrane. Brackets lock onto engineered mounting tabs, then glued down into place with ADH-12 structural adhesive. Securing Brackets anchor the Blox into final installed position and protects against  movement due to moderate wind, water, and snow loads. 24 count pairs bulk packed.

ADH-12: M-1 Structural Adhesive

Non solvent based, flexible, high bond M-1 adhesive bonds SCB-07 Securing Brackets to all roof membrane systems and materials. Apply directly under SCB-07 Securing Brackets. 10 oz. tube bonds 10 pairs SCB-07 Securing Brackets. 24 count bulk packed cartons.

Primer for M-1 Adhesive

Primer required for bonding to ADH-12 to TPO roofing systems. 1 pint can primes TPO membrane for 35 pairs of SCB-07 Securing Brackets. Special order drop ship only.
